How to review documents for your order
Start with your proposed product and destination market. A facility certificate describes the facility and the scope shown on that document. A laboratory report describes the identified sample and the tests performed. Keep those documents separate when reviewing a supplier.
- Match the product: tell us whether you need Shilajit resin or a particular Honey Sachet Blend.
- Identify the batch: ask how the sample name and lot details relate to the order you intend to receive.
- Read the test scope: check the method, results and units for each reported test. Ask about any requested test that is absent.
- Keep complete copies: retain the report reference, laboratory details and relevant pages with your order records.
